WHAT WE DO

WHAT WE DO

At CWTL, we offer shelter, coaching, and mentoring services tailored for individuals transitioning from prison. Unlike traditional halfway houses or transitional homes that often retain a jail-like environment, CWTL provides a nurturing campus setting that feels like home. Our program empowers individuals to embrace and navigate their newfound freedom with support, compassion, and a sense of community.

Transitional Housing

The CWTL’s Ex-Offenders and Prisoner Reentry Programs aim to assist individuals in need by offering them a stable environment. These programs focus on providing viable housing options and imparting reliable skillsets essential for long-term stability. Learn More

Peer Recovery

We match clients with Peer Recovery specialists who have firsthand experience and understanding of the difficulties associated with recovery. Our support workers are individuals who have successfully navigated the recovery journey and are now dedicated to helping others facing similar challenges. Learn More

Life Coach

A life coach can help individuals in different areas of their life. But because each human being is different, so will their goals. Oftentimes, a life coach counsels clients in personal and professional arenas. This means career, personal development, relationships, nutrition, divorce, grief, and even financial wellness. Sober Living

If you’re recently discharged from a 28-day program and aren’t ready to return to your former lifestyle, we offer a transitional solution to support your sobriety journey and help you regain stability. Our residents are encouraged to prioritize their health and embrace a substance-free life. Learn More

Benefits Of Our Services

At our organization, we recognize that educational and vocational support are crucial factors in achieving long-term success for adults. That’s why we offer personalized educational and vocational plans tailored to each participant’s unique goals and aspirations.

Following an initial assessment, every client receives a customized goal that outlines their therapy schedule and the necessary classes to achieve their objectives. We ensure that each individual has the essential resources needed for success, such as obtaining IDs, Social Security Cards, and assistance with sobriety and public assistance.

Our comprehensive support extends to meeting parole or probation conditions, securing employment, navigating court appearances, and addressing financial obligations, including child support. Additionally, we encourage parents to rebuild relationships with their children, fostering a supportive environment for family reunification.

We have a team of dedicated life coaches who are committed to helping clients reach their goals by enhancing productivity and focus. Through targeted coaching, we address critical areas such as time management, stress management, self-esteem, resiliency, and positive engagement. We also provide guidance on decision-making, burnout management, sleep improvement, teamwork, physical health, mental clarity, and grief management.

It is essential to empower individuals to overcome challenges, pursue their aspirations, and lead fulfilling lives. With our comprehensive support and expert coaching, clients can build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their long-term goals and thrive in all aspects of life.
